P-51 44-63675 flew in Europe from January 1945 until stored pending disposal after WW II. Sold to Sweden in 1947, the fighter transferred by rail from Germany to enter service with the Swedish Air Force in 1949. To the Fuerza Aérea de Nicaragua in 1955, the fighter was displayed at the Officers Club, Base Aérea Managua 1961 - 70. Repatriated to the USA in 1970, it was modified as a racer (N5452V) until restored to stock in 1977. The aircraft is current at the time of uploading wearing it's markings from Germany in 1945.
