Canadian's London scheduled routes used Gatwick at first, moving later to Heathrow when landing slots were allocated.

This former Nordair 737 was with Canadian Airlines 1987 - 91. It was next with Cayman Airways (VR-CYB / F-OHKA) 1991 - 95.

CP Air's first DC-10 was delivered March 27, 1979 but left soon after registered PP-VMO for a one year lease to Varig Airlines (April 1979 - April 1980). Pictured with interim Canadian titles (which replaced interim Canadian Pacific titles) before a full re-painting. When Air Canada bought Canadian in 2000, the DC-10s were among the first aircraft disposed of. C-GCPC was converted to a freighter and stored at Goodyear, AZ 2000 - 2003 before leased to Centurion Air Cargo 2005 - 07 as N304SP. Last with Master Top Airlines (PR-MTC) from April 2007 until stored at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2011.

While Air Canada bought Canadian Airlines in 2000, the airline was operated separately until May 2002 when operations were merged. Some Canadian aircraft wore this interim color scheme (with a Star Alliance logo added on the 747 as Canadian transferred from One World). The 747 is pictured operating without winglets for a very short time. One winglet was damaged in a ground incident and to keep the aircraft flying, the other was removed while the damaged one was repaired / replaced.

Basic CP Air livery

First flight 8-Jan-1981. Delivered to CP Air on February 1981. Converted to ER and leased for United as N1850U from Apr 1983 to Apr 1987. Returned to Canadian (new name for CP Air) which operate with it until March 2000. Delivered to Marana (MZJ/KMZJ) on Jun 2000, where broken up 2004.

This 737 was originally G-BGTC with Orion Airways. Leased to Haiti Air as EI-BPV March 1985, it came to Canada with CP Air in February 1986. The aircraft would carry over in mergers with Pacific Western Airlines and Air Canada, to fly with Zip Air until the later was closed down and the aircraft stored in Mojave, CA. Flown for a short time by Canadian North (January 2005 - December 2008), the 737 was last with Venezolana as YV296T 2007 - 16.

Delivered to CP Air June 10, 1981, this 737 spent all of it's time based in Canada. CP Air to Canadian Airlines (pictured here in transition colors), Air Canada, and Zip Air via mergers through 2004. Next registered to Canadian North, but sold to First Air in 2005 before entering service. The aircraft was withdrawn in 2015, the registration cancelled in 2016.

Bavaria International Aircraft Leasing owned 737 was with Monarch Airlines (G-BMON) in 1980, with sub-leases to Pacific Western Airlines during December - April / May in 1985 -86 and as pictured, Canadian Airlines in 1987 - 88. The aircraft flew with TAP Air Portugal / Air Atlantis (CS-TEU) when not in Canada during 1988 - 89. After a short lease to South African Airways, it went to India with Damania Airways (VT-PDB) in 1993 and last flying with Air Sahara 1998 - 2007. It became a restaurant in the Aero Restro Entertainment Center which opened October 30, 2021 in Noida, India.

Canadian was bought by Air Canada in 2000 and merged a year later. The 737 would fly with Canadian Airline interim Air Canada colors as well as Air Canada Tango and Zip Airlines colors. After two years with Canadian North, the aircraft went to Venezuela as YV287T and flown there 2007 - 2012.
