Air Malawi had a regular scheduled service into Gatwick in the 70's from Blantyre. Delivered new to British United Airways - BUA as G-ASIW on 29 Sep 1964. Merged with Caledonian on 30 Nov 1970 and noted as British Caledonian Airways in Sep 1971. Sold to Air Malawi as 7Q-YKH on 25 Nov 1974. WFU and stored at Bournemouth Hurn in Oct 1979. Later stored at Blantyre in Malawi May 1981. Broken up.

This is the Merchantman conversion of the Vanguard. Delivered to BEA on 13 Dec 1961 as a Vanguard 953 registration G-APEP it was converted to a Merchantman in Mar 1971. Sold to Air Bridge Carriers on 08 Nov 1979. Renamed Hunting Cargo Airlines by 15 Aug 1992. Preserved at the Brooklands Museum on 17 Oct 1996. Still there in 2023.

Built in Santa Monica, CA and delivered to TWA as NC1945 in Feb 1941. To North Central Airlines in 1952. From 1968 she flew with various charter carriers before going to travel club Coronado Airlines in CA. Later doing geo survey work from Torrance, CA before going into storage at Palmdale and from the mid 80's at Roswell, NM. In 1993 work began to prepare her for preservation and she now resides in 2023 at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport, Kansas City in TWA livery.

Delivered new to British Airways as G-BBAI on 04 Feb 1975. Leased to British Airtours Mar 1985 to 01 Nov 1987. Leased to Caledonian Airways 01 Mar 1988.
