Substantially damaged in an aborted glassy water landing at Crosswind Lake, AK in 1995. Joined Ptarmigan Air at Anchorage, AK in 1996. Substantially damaged again in 2002, impacting tundra covered terrain during takeoff, possibly in icing conditions, from a remote lake near Bethel, AK. From 2004 with Talkeetna Air Taxi, engaged in glacier flightseeing.

Imported to Canada from crated condition at Bangkok, Thailand becoming C-GUVJ in 1977. Based mainly at Campbell River, British Colombia from 1978 until 1990. Became N577V with an Alaskan owner in 1993. Moved to Minnesota in 1995, then to North Dakota and Montana before returning to Alaska in 2010, re-registered at Anchorage as N4957W.
