Lifting off from Lake Spenard. Built in 1961. Served with Kenmore Air Harbour Inc, Kenmore, WA from 1977 until 1985. Joined Rainbow River Lodge in Alaska in 1988. Substantially damaged in an aborted glassy water landing at Crosswind Lake, AK in 1995. Joined Ptarmigan Air at Anchorage, AK in 1996. Substantially damaged again in 2002, impacting tundra covered terrain during takeoff, possibly in icing conditions, from a remote lake near Bethel, AK.
