To the Historic Aircraft Restoration Society in 2007 and preserved at Parkes NSW. Reregistered as VH-FEO in 2023.

Dismantled and moved to Castlecliff for preservation.

To Frontier Commuter/Combs Airways in 1983 then to American Eagle/Metro Airlines in 1985. Traded in to SAAB and stored at Marana in 1987. Converted to a freighter then to Avesco as HK-3740 in 1992. To Taxsur in 1993 who ceased operations in 1995 and it was stored at Bogota. Still there in 2001. Later scrapped.

Taken up in March 1955 by the USAF as standard C-131B 53-7793, this Convair was later used at Griffiss AFB, NY as a radar test-bed and after being contracted out to Calspan of Buffalo, NY in Dec 1966, was redesignated as an NC-131B. It was re-engined with Allison turboprops at Burbank and made its first flight as NC-131H Total In-Flight Simulator in July 1970. During a long career, the unique TIFS simulated the flight characteristics of many aircraft in development, including the X-40, Tacit Blue, Space Shuttle, B-2, YF-23, C-17, SST, MD-12X and Indonesia's N-250. Ferried to NMUSAF in Nov 2008

To Sea Airmotive in 1978 who were renamed to Seair Alaska Airlines in 1984. To Kelowna Flightcraft as C-GKFQ in 1987 then to Evergreen International Airlines as N580EH in 1988. To Aerovias Especiales de Carga as HK-3559X in 1990. Reregistered as HK-3559 in 1991 then to Aerocar Colombia in 1994. To the Colombian Army as EJC-121 in 1996 then EJC1121 in 2009. Scrapped at Bogota in 2013 due to metal fatigue.
