Delivered to United Air Lines as CV340-31 N73136 in 1953. To Frontier Airlines in 1961 and converted to a CV580 in 1966 then to Metroflight and operated for American Eagle in 1983. Traded in to SAAB in 1987 and stored at Marana, AZ. To Kelowna Flightcraft as C-GKFQ in 1989 and converted to a freighter in 1990 then to Pionair Australia as VH-PDW in 2009. To the Historic Aircraft Restoration Society in 2007 and preserved at Parkes NSW. Reregistered as VH-FEO in 2023.
