With Air Canada 1991 - 2019, this Airbus was stored at Marana, AZ in September 2019. The registration was cancelled on September 24th. and re-allocated to an Extra 300 on November 20, 2019.

In 1930 Ben Howard took his DGA-3 Pete to the National Air Races at Cleveland, OH. After being rebuilt as the Baker Special, the aircraft went to the Goodyear races only to be partially destroyed in a hangar fire after the races. EAA Founder Paul Proberezny used what was left of the fuselage and added cut down Luscomb wings and spring landing gear to create Pete III "Little Audry" (named after his wife). It first flew in 1953 (N27B). After six later owners, the aircraft was donated to the EAA Museum and restored to fly in 1991 before retiring for display.

Taken on strength in October 1980. this Aurora would get a complete overhaul by IMP Group at Halifax in April 1995.

This T-37 was withdrawn and stored at AMARC in 2005.

First flown as F-WWLC in December 2014 by the manufacturer, this ATR 42 was leased to LIAT - Leeward Island Air Transport 2015 - 2020 as V2-LIM. Returned to the lessor, the aircraft was stored at Antiqua VC Bird International airport, Antigua and Barbuda until moved to Muskoka airport in March 2021.

Hiller Aircraft's Model 1100 was one of three winning designs in the US Army Light Observation Helicopter - LOH program. Five helicopters were built as the YOH-5 to competed against the Bell YOH-4 and Hughes YOH-6 for production orders.The YOH-4 was eliminated and Bell went on to develop it into the civil Model 206 JetRanger. Hughes won the contract by under bidding Hiller. Fairchild bought Hiller in 1964 and the company developed their design as the FH-1100 for the civil Market. CF-DAL was in Canada with Geophysical Energy and Surveys 1967 - 75. It went to the USA registered N5594 until 2018.

After it's first flight on February 5, 1968, CF-WTE conducted a round the world sales tour for DHC. Leased to Georgian Bay Airways and Nordair Arctic in 1969 for demonstrations, the aircraft was delivered to La Ronge Aviation in December 1969. It was sold to Walsten Air Services in 1993 and on to West Coast Air in 2007 keeping much the same colors. Later getting the white / neon green West Coast colors, the aircraft went to Skydive Dubai, via a US Broker after 200HG series conversion in 2015. First registered DU-SD7, it has been A6-SD7 since October 2019.

This Super King Air has been with the US Forest Service since November 1985.

Originally delivered to the Manitoba Government Air Service February 29, 1960, this Beaver flew for the Department of Mines & Natural Resources in the air service's red with white trim. Sold in 1979, the aircraft was registered N10395 in December 1979, first flying with Bristol Bay Lodge in Alaska. Later with other Alaskan operators, an extended aft cabin with windows was added during a rebuild after an accident in 2001. The current Minnesota based owner bought the floatplane in 2009.

This 1999 Global Express was registered to Jetran LLC in October 2022.

This Skylark was built in 1959. The Cessna 175 filled a niche between the Cessna 172 and 182 and the Skylark is often confused with early 172s. The fact is that many airframe parts are interchangeable but the 175 has it's own type certificate. The main difference is the Continental O-300 engine in the 175 had a geared drive train for the propeller producing 35 hp more. The engine had poor reliability when pilots ignored operating instructions for the geared engine causing overheating and vibration.

Delta Airlines was a rare visitor to Toronto, especially with a DC-8, so this evening sighting was most welcome. N805E was delivered to Delta in November 1959 with early Pratt & Whitney JT3C engines. It was later converted to a DC-8-50 with higher by-pass JT3Ds before sold to F B Ayer in 1980. The aircraft was set to go to TAE - Trabajos Aéreos y Enlaces S.A as EC-DKH but was not take up. It was stored at Paris - Charles de Gaulle until scrapped in 1985.

Two years after the formation of Canadian Airlines from the merger of Pacific Western Airlines and CP Air, C-GWPW still wears the transitional color scheme. Delivered in May 1986, it took a while for aircraft with newer paint to get full Canadian colors.

Former US Army 63-8500 was retired to MASDC in 1976. The remnants of the storage number (XA0178) remain in shadow on the forward door. Transferred to the State of Washington in 1978, the helicopter is pictured in reserve for their restricted helicopter fleet. The registration was cancelled in 2013.

Pictured while training with the 58th TFTW at Luke, this Phantom would later fly with the Louisiana ANG and California ANG. Retired in 1987 to AMARC, it was flown to Nevada in 1991 to be a target on the Tolicha Peak Range.

Pictured at Amsterdam - Schiphol's freight area, this An-12 was later registered RA-11118. The big freighter crashed on February 24, 1994 on approach to Nalchik, Russia. Loss of control was determined to be caused by aerodynamic stall of the horizontal stabilizer due to icing.

Although delivered to Air Ontario January 25, 1989, C-GLON was first leased to Air Nova for two months (February and March 1989). Pictured in the first Air Canada Connector colors, the airline was later merged and then renamed to Air Canada Regional / Jazz Air in 2002. Withdrawn in 2003 and stored at Halifax, the aircraft was first leased to Labrador Airways in 2004 and later sold. It was withdrawn circa 2010 and scrapped in 2013.

In March 1988, Ontario Express Airlines bought the parent company of Frontier Air Service. Major expansion followed when five Beech 1900 aircraft were added to the fleet in 1989 / 90 with Canadian Partner branding following shortly after. Frontier was absorbed by Ontario Express in 1992 and the 1900s returned to Beech in 1993. Registered N80532 and N575P, this aircraft was bought by Alpine Express in 2014 to fly freight. Registered N422AX in 2015, the freighter is current at the time of uploading.

Originally US Army 53-7921 1954 - 72 when stored at Coleman Barracks, Mannheim-Sandhofen, Germany. Sold at auction to B & M Aviation with a number of other DHC-2s, the aircraft was stored at their compound in Lachine, QC until sold to Kenmore Air in 1978. Civilianized and placed with Taquan Air Service registered N1018H in 1979. The aircraft flew in Alaska until 1998 with several operators including Westflight Aviation (as pictured) circa 1984 - 87. Registered CF-DTW to Northern Rockies Air Charter, it remains current at the time of uploading.
