In March 1988, Ontario Express Airlines bought the parent company of Frontier Air Service. Major expansion followed when five Beech 1900 aircraft were added to the fleet in 1989 / 90 with Canadian Partner branding following shortly after. Frontier was absorbed by Ontario Express in 1992 and the 1900s returned to Beech in 1993. Registered N80532 and N575P, this aircraft was bought by Alpine Express in 2014 to fly freight. Registered N422AX in 2015, the freighter is current at the time of uploading.
