Taken on charge new by the USAAF in 1943 as 43-48744. Transferred to the RCAF as 977, later re-numbered as 12958. Became CF-QHY in 1972. Joined FNT in 2007. Registered for a second time to Sioux Narrows Airways of Winnipeg, MB in 2009. Withdrawn from use and put into storage at Oshkosh, WI registered to Basler Turbo Conversions as N167TW in 2015.
