Hard to believe but this photo is taken at Luton Airport ! At the old general aviation grass parking area. Long gone. This aircraft was acquired from Martin Baker Aircraft Ltd and is still in their colour scheme complete with ejection seat style warning symbol on the tail. Built as 43-48359 for the USAAF but immediately transferred to the RAF as KJ836. To the UK civil register as G-APML on 17 Apr 1958 with Transair. Transferred to Martin Baker Aircraft Ltd 29 Aug 1958. She was acquired by Air Atlantique on 6 Jul 1981. WFU and stored at Coventry CVT in May 1996. Scrapped Sep 1998.
