On display in the colours of the Spanish Air Force, this Catalina is actually ex US Navy 46596 and was never in use with the military in Spain.

Ex USN 46665, N9555C, CC-CNG, CC-CNP, EC-593, EC-CNP, VH-DUL, VH-CAT, N160AT and back to VH-CAT Owned in 2016 by the The Catalina Flying Memorial Ltd. Still Stored in Bankstown.

ex BuNo 48446. To N5591V, YV-209CP and N285NJ. Delivered to Italy in 1987, but overran the Turin runway in 1989 and was subsequently written off. Location of this picture is likely, but needs confirmation. Photographer unknown

Taken on Charge with the USN with BuNo 46602 in October 1944 and deployed to Brazil, flying anti-submarine patrols over the Atlantic. Placed in store at NAS Litchfield Park, AZ in 1949 and supplied to the Mexican Navy in 1957. Acquired by The Flying Firemen as CF-FZZ in 1966. In 1986 sold as N607CC and delivered to the museum in 1987. Extensively damage by Hurricane Ivan in September 2004 but repaired and now awaits shipment on loan to the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum

Built in 1944 this aircraft is painted to represent JV928 Y. The aircraft crashed on 27th July, 1998 on Southampton Water with the loss of two lives. The aircraft was under rebuild in the UK until attempts were abandoned by 2005. It was transported to Weston in Ireland on 19/20 January 2006 for continued restoration, but it was eventually broken up there on 27 June 2012.

One of the last Geosurvey Catalina / Cansos operated in Canada, C-FJJG is ex US Navy 48423. It was sold in the USA as N423RS in 1986.

(ex USN BuAer 46651) obtained in 1955 and registered TF-RAN (ex TF-FSD). The first aircraft operated by the Icelandic Coast Guard (ICG). The Icelandic Aviation Ministry originally bought it damaged from the US Navy on 17 September 1954, and registered it as TF-FSD. It was repaired by SAS in Copenhagen, and then given to the ICG on 10 December 1955, with the registration TF-RAN. It was used until 12 January 1963, and then parked until 1967, when it was tipped over by the wind, and later scrapped. The airframe was buried during the construction of Reykjavik airport in 1967. Used for maritime patrol and SAR.

This aircraft, ex BuNo 46521, was the first of a batch of six taken bought by the Netherlands navy. It arrived at Schiphol on 19 January 1951, but crashed four days later when landing at the Aviolanda works in Papendrecht for modifications, and was a write-off.
