Lovely line-up of propliners. Behind are Convairs from Aero B Venezuela and LAGE. The Air-Sea Convair served with them as HB-IMU, having been sold to Altas Corp in Sep 1980 and stored at Miami, still in Air-Sea colours. Sold to Mexico in May 1981 and seen still in service in the late 1990s with AeroCedros at Ensenada as XA-RYV. Wfu and scrapped in the early 2000s.

First flown by Trans International as N8962T when new in 11.67 and later by Universal, Seaboard, Loftleidir, Flying Tigers and Transamerica before a period of lease took her back to TIA. Hard to imagine this DC-6 in its glory days with Tasman Empire Airways and Pacific Western Airlines amongst others. Now carrying "Vusumzi - I Am, We Are" titles, Vusumzi apparently means "one who restores and builds the family". It has 'A Step Ahead' and 'Odysseus' titles on the other side under the fire practice scorch marks. The (ex) Westwind in front is (was) N89XL

Magnificent machine pulling off Brize's runway 26 - not too many DC-8s were allowed in the UK by this time but this one was a good airframe by all accounts. Started life as Alitalia's I-DIWW and later N802MG with MGM Grand Air. Stored at Manston and sadly never made it out before the airport closed, then being broken up
