Starting life as CX-AOV with PLUNA in 3.54 and enjoying long and varied service including Gulf Aviation, this Heron had recently been registered 9Q-CRL when bought by Channel in 6.69. Soon after, they announced a name change to Air England but this was the only a/c painted as such. Used on feeder services SEN-NWI-EMA. To Peters 5.72 then 5B-CCD, returning to Peters and on to Fairflight in 1977. Bought by Sky of Siam 3.80 as HS-EAA and stored at BKK from 1983; wreck said still to be extant around 2000

Operated with Air Tindi as C-GCPY from 2012, still in the basic red colours and suffered a major windscreen crack on departure from Yellowknife on 14.12.13, causing the whole screen to ice over. Hit landing lights during landing at Mombasa on 13.10.09 while flying for Safari A/l as J5-GGU, right main u/c collapsed, uncertified new gear brought in but still parked late 2009 in bad condition
