When AirCal leased this 737 in March 1986 it was already 18 years old, having flown with NAC National Airways Corporation / Air New Zealand as ZK-NAE from September 1968. American Airlines kept the 737 in their fleet when it merged AirCal in July 1987 before returning it to the lessor in 1991. Stored at Phoenix, Avmark Aviation leased the aircraft in September 1992. Re-named Transtar Airlines in January 1993, the company closed it's doors July 31, 1993. Stored, this time in Roswell, NM, the aircraft was sold to West Jet Airlines in 1997 as a source of spare parts and was scrapped in Roswell.

Canada's Regional 1 Airlines of Calgary rebranded as Aspire Airlines in the early summer of 2021 when it was only flying Dash 8-100, C-GWRI. This aircraft was delivered new to Germany in April 1988 (as D-BERT) and flew with Contact Air, DLT and Lufthansa CityLine. In Apr 1994 it joined the fleet of Era Alaska (as N882EA), and was later imported to Canada in Dec 2013 by Avmax (a leasing company) in Calgary, and flown by its Regional 1 subsidiary. Regional 1 used to fly lots of crew change flights to northern Alberta (until oil prices collapsed) and charters from YVR to salmon fishing resorts.

Fairchild Husky CF-EIL was rebuilt by Saunders Aircraft at Gimli, Manitoba in the mid-1970s with a 550 HP Alvis Leonides 503/8 engine and an 11 foot de Haviland three bladed propeller for Harrison Airways of Vancouver. It was delivered at Vancouver Airport (by air or road?) in the spring of 1975 and "EIL" was visible on the tail. It was painted all-white with the registration C-GCYV applied soon after this photo was taken. The aircraft never entered service and was later acquired by the Western Canada Aviation Museum in Winnipeg after Harrison Airways went bankrupt.

This 1980 built S-76A was first registered in the US as N104BH, then G-BJVW, then as 9M-AYD with Malaysian Helicopter Service, then as PT-YDM in Brazil before going back to Malaysia as 9M-BDG. Finally, it was registered in Australia as VH-XHZ before joining the HeliJet fleet in January of 2003. The aircraft was lost after a landing accident on Langara Island (BC) on August 13, 2012, when it submerged into salt water, consequently being written off. Registration C-GHJT has previously already been assigned to a few S-76A's, including S/N 760096, 760160 and 760288.

This Starfighter was delivered to the RCAF with serial 12780 on May 1, 1962 in overall natural metal (as were all CF-104s). Based at Cold Lake, AB, it missed the first overall green camouflage introduced to 1 Canadian Air Group Starfighters in 1972. Later painted in the next variegated green / gray camouflage, the fighter was transferred to CFB Baden-Soellingen in 1983 before struck off strength in 1986. Among fifty CF-104s transferred to Turkey, it was one of six airframes set aside for spares.

Trans-Provincial Airlines was bought by the Jim Pattison Group (owner of Air West) in 1979. When six coastal carriers merged to form Air BC in 1980, Trans-Provincial kept it's name and operated separately out of Prince Rupert, BC. In 1987, Trans-Provincial and Powell Air merged to form Pacific Coastal Airlines. C-FUJM went to the USA as N67KA in 1997. A year later the aircraft had a Vazar Turbine conversion and was flying in Alaska registered N959PA until 2021.

Originally with serial 1568 and taken on strength by the Royal Canadian Navy circa 1959, this Tracker got the newer serial number when the various military branches in Canada were amalgamated into the Canadian Armed Forces. Withdrawn in 1989 and stored in Trenton, it was acquired by Conair Aviation as a reserve aircraft for their Firecat fleet and registered C-FKVD.

From a cancelled order, Philippine Air Lines took delivery of PI-C54 on August 24, 1956. Lambair bought in 1968 and the aircraft moved to British Columbia in 1969, flying with several small coastal airlines. Pictured with Gynn Bay Logging Ltd, trading as Western Straits Air, it was converted to a Vazar Turbine Otter in 1990 for Central Mountain Air. Last with Air Tindi from 1993, the it crashed taking of from Yellowknife Seaplane base on June 24, 2005. Loaded with the center of gravity too far aft, the aircraft pitched up and stalled, passengers and crew escaped the wreckage.
