This An-2 was originally delivered to the Ukranian directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-81512. Later it appears to have become UR-81512 with Universal-avia and then joined the Romanian register as YR-DAW in May 2010 with S.C. Aeroserv SRL. It appears to be now based in Buziaș and flying for Aero West.

Air Line Feeder System was a small airline that served the New England region of the US. Ceased operations in September 1939. NC15109 flew on into the 1950s in Alaska. The last registered owner was Grand Central Airport Co at Glendale, CA. Registration cancelled in 1955 and the airport closed a few years later. The airport was run by Corliss Moseley, who continued to restore old aircraft on the airport site until 1972. What happened to NC15109 (N15109) is not known. Delivered to Eastern Provincial Airways July 5, 1960, this Otter operated Newfoundland Government Department of Health's air ambulance service replacing an EPA DHC-2 Beaver. It was replaced by a Turbo Beaver in 1967 and moved to flying passengers and freight. In 1970, EPA sold their bush division to Labrador Airways, but CF-MIT was acquired by Austin Airways.
