CF-UFS was built in 1966, it is not known if it had any previous registration. As seen here, it went to the Canadian Museum of Flight and Transportation in Surrey, BC. By 2001 it had moved to Classic Rotors at Ramona, CA, USA.

Since this photo taken the aircraft has been moved to Abbotsford for a rebuild and then it is to be displayed at the Canadian Museum of Flight's main location at Langley.

Maintained in airworthy condition

Displayed in the livery of the RCAF "Snowbirds" aerobatic team. This aircraft was genuinely used by the team between 1974 and 1977. It was often the spare aircraft but flew as Snowbird 8 in 1975 and Snowbird 10 in 1977

Ex C-GMFY, seen here with a fake serial. The real RCAF 9632 was in fact an H-34 (S-58) c/n 58202.

Delivered 02.40 to American Airlines as NC21793. USAAF C-49H 42-57506 from 05.42 to 05.44 when returned to AA. CF-HCF with Pacific Western from 05.53. Reregd CF-PWH 01.59 and to Great Northern Aws in 1968. WFU 1973.

Displayed at the Langley Museum in 1996 wearing the markings of 445 Squadron RCAF. Mk.3B converted to Mk.3D.

Delivered as a HRS-2 to US Marine Corps 11-Aug-1952 as 130156, converted Jul-1956 to HRS-3, redesignated CH-19E in Sep-1962. It later became a ground instructional airframe at NAS Memphis, TN until struck off charge in Oct-1967, it then became N15186, to C-GMFY registered Jul-1980, cancelled Nov-2001. However, by 1993 it was already in the Canadian Museum of Flight and Transportation in Surrey, BC, from 1996 at Langley, BC where it was painted as RCAF 9632. It is now a composite of several helicopters. It is seen here in RCAF colours but without serial and markings.

Procured by USAF as 51-16621 and transferred to Royal Canadian Navy. Shown here while preserved at the Langley Museum. In 2023 it is on display at the Classic Rotors Rare & Vintage Rotorcraft Museum, Ramona, CA.
