Built in 1941 and originally RCAF serial No. 2349. Here painted silver overall and displayed without fabric covering as a "see through" exhibit for display at Expo 86. The Museum intended to restore it back to flying condition at one point, which is why it was registered as C-GBXL.

In 2012 the Conair Group donated their Tanker #64 to the Canadian Museum of Flight. It is seen here on its last flight, making a nice water drop before landing at her final resting place at the museum in Langley, BC. This Tracker started life on 1 April 1958 as 1539 of the Canadian Navy. It was transferred to the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources on 28 Sep 1972 as CF-OPU, and flew for them as Tanker #54 until acquired by Conair in 1980. First with the Royal Canadian Air Force 1940 - 44, this Finch was exported to Mexico as XB-TUJ after World War II. Later to the USA, it returned to Canada in the 70s for a restoration and was donated to the Canadian Museum of Flight.

Delivered to the US Army as H-25A 51-16621. To the Royal Canadian Navy in 1954 as an HUP-3 and retained its US serial. Used as a ground trainer at Vancouver marked as C-BVSD by 1980. To the Canadian Museum of Flight and Transportation in 1982 then to Classic Rotors Rare & Vintage Rotorcraft Museum, Ramona, CA in 2000 and registered as N7089F.

Delivered to the RCAF as 12645 in 1963. Reserialled as 104645 in 1970. Used as instructional airframe 878C from 1987. Preserved at the Canadian Museum of Flight from 1996.

Delivered to American as NC21793 in 1940. To the USAAF as C-49H 42-57506 in 1942. Returned to American as NC21793 in 1944, N21793 after 1948. To Trans Alaska in 1949 then to Queen Charlotte Airlines as CF-HCF in 1953. Later to Pacific Western. Reregistered as CF-PWH in 1959. Withdrawn from use at Terrace, BC in 1973. Moved to Cloverdale in 1987 then to the Canadian Museum of Flight and Transportation by 1998.

Fading Firecat at the museum, parked on the grass across the taxiway opposite the museum. The deHavilland built Trackers had different nacelles than the Grumman built ones.

CF-UFS was built in 1966, it is not known if it had any previous registration. As seen here, it went to the Canadian Museum of Flight and Transportation in Surrey, BC. By 2001 it had moved to Classic Rotors at Ramona, CA, USA.

Since this photo taken the aircraft has been moved to Abbotsford for a rebuild and then it is to be displayed at the Canadian Museum of Flight's main location at Langley.

This Lodestar was initially displayed at Surrey, BC, but when in 1996 the museum moved from there to Langley, BC, the aircraft ended up here, on temporary display. In Oct 2007 it was dismantled and trucked to Abbotsford, BC for a long-term cosmetic restoration by students of the University of the Fraser Valley Aerospace Centre, which was expected to take 15-20 years. When finished, the aircraft will join the rest of the museum's collection at Langley, BC, Canada. Note the Trans-Canada Air Lines - TCA logo on the nose.
