Built in 1963, this aircraft served with 801, 736 and 803 NAS before transferring to the RAE and then RRE. In 1976, it was moved to Brough for ground instruction, later displayed at Castle Donnington, and finally relocated to Newark in 1988. Restored to its original 736 NAS markings, it notably took part in bombing the SS Torrey Canyon in 1967 to help limit an environmental disaster

Built in 1963, this Gnat flew most of its career with 4 FTS at RAF Valley, although it also spent a short period with the CFS. In April 1977 it was taken out of service at Valley and used for spares to maintain the active Gnat fleet. At the end of that year 1977, allocated 8578M, it was placed on display on the station. Replaced by a Hunter, she arrived at Newark during December 2000 and was fully restored

Built in 1962 and operating only with 849 NAS, this Gannet was retired from active service in 1979 and put on display at HMS Dryad, Southwick, with the allocated Admiralty maintenance serial A2667. Sold off from Lee-on-Solent in 1982, it arrived at Newark in November that year and was displayed in the later 849 NAS black/yellow tail livery until a recent repaint into these earlier markings of the squadron aboard HMS Eagle around 1970

Built as T.7 XL605 in 1958, this Hunter led the Blue Diamonds of 92 Sqdn and also served with 66 Sqdn and 229 OCU. Converted to T.70 spec in 1966, it was loaned to the Royal Saudi AF, then given to the Royal Jordanian AF in 1968. Swapped back to the UK in 1974 in exchange for an FR.10, it was refurbished, assigned the new serial XX467 and served with 229 OCU and TWU until retiring in 1983. Eventually, registered as G-TVII and after various ownership changes, the aircraft became an exhibit at the Newark Air Museum in May 2017. Recently repainted into the splendid Blue Diamonds colours

Beautifully restored in its original 23 Sqdn markings as flown from December 1955 at RAF Coltishall and Horsham St Faith, this is the only genuine RAF Venom preserved worldwide. In 1957 it was issued to RAF Yatesbury as a ground instructional airframe and later joined the RAF Museum Reserve Collection, being held for many years at RAF Henlow before being acquired by the Newark museum in 1989

Built in 1952 as a standard Canberra B.2, this aircraft spent its entire career as a trial aircraft. Initially, Armstrong Siddeley used it for Sapphire engine afterburner trials for the Javelin. It then moved to Ferranti for radar nose testing for the future Buccaneer. At Boscombe Down's A&AEE, it was adapted for de-icing trials, spraying water onto a trailing aircraft for filming. Later used for air-to-air photography, it was retired in 1983, sent to RAF Abingdon for repair training, and was finally preserved by the Newark museum in November 1985

This Canberra flew with 207 and 35 Sqdn from 1954. Selected as one of nine B.2s to be converted to T.11 for training radar operators destined for the Gloster Javelin, it had the nose of WH651 fitted with A.I. radar. Following a brief period at 228 OCU, it joined the Target Facilities Squadron at West Raynham, redesignated as 85 Sqdn in 1963 and relocated to Binbrook. It underwent further modification to T.19 and later operated with 7 Sqdn at St Mawgan before retirement in 1979. After being sold to BAC for potential export, donated to Newark in 1985
