Delivered to the Royal Canadian Air Force, February 18, 1955, 3698 was sold via Crown Assets Disposal Corporation in 1977 after two years of storage. Registered C-GOFF to the Province of Ontario's Ministry of Natural Resources. Sold again in 1986 to Thousand Lakes Airways, the aircraft moved to Ignace Airways in 1990. Last operator was Huron Air & Outfitters from 1998, it was converted to a Walter powered DHC-3T/M601 Turbo Otter during the winter of 2002. Taking off from a strip near Jellicoe, ON , the aircraft crashed onto frozen Blackwater Lake and broke through the ice inverted.

Fresh from overhaul so nice and clean. Became C-GOFG with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources in 1977 and wrecked when it collided with trees taking off from a lake on 19 August 1981.

Delivered to the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) 29 July 1960. The three unified services became the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) 1 February 1968. Seen here with 411 Squadron at their home base. Crashed near Baudette, Minnesota, USA 19 May 1974. The other aircraft are: 3673 (28), 9413 (389), 9421 (402) and 9422 (404)

This Otter was built in 1960 and TOC by the RCAF soon afterwards, serving with reserve squadrons and two SAR units (one based in Alberta and the other in Montreal), before the type was retired in 1982. It was transferred to the Canada Aviation Museum in 1983 and painted in this RCAF Air Transport Command scheme. It currently resides in the museum's Reserve Collection.
