Otter 3669 was in the Air Force 1951 to late 1981. Sold to Newcal Aviation (N2631U) in 1983 and stored at Decatur, TX it was sold to Prince Ablert, SK based Dawn Air (C-FASF) in 1988. That company folded several months later with the aircraft going to Air Sask Aviation (1988 - 1990). Last with Points North Air Services, on May 1, 1999 the aircraft attempted a take off from a slush covered frozen lake. Failing to get airborne, it clipped the shoreline and slid 300 feet before coming to a stop and catching fire. The pilot and five passengers escaped unhurt, but the aircraft burned.

This Fagot flew with the Czechoslovak AF from 1957 until 1975. It is now displayed in Přibor at a memorial that was unveiled during celebrations for the International Day of War Veterans on November 11, 2004. It is dedicated to the citizens of Příbor, who fought in the RAF during WWII and also to the pilots from Příbor who lost their lives at Mošnov serving with the 8th SLP and 1st Transport Regiment.
