Built as 43-48359 for the USAAF but immediately transferred to the RAF as KJ836. To the UK civil register as G-APML on 17 Apr 1958 with Transair. Transferred to Martin Baker Aircraft Ltd 29 Aug 1958. She was acquired by Air Atlantique on 6 Jul 1981. WFU and stored at Coventry CVT in May 1996. Scrapped Sep 1998.

A very unusual sight at Luton. Taxiing out to position back to Heathrow after bringing the England football team back from the 1982 world cup in Spain. Also in view Redcoat Air Cargo CL-44 G-BRED and a Britannia Airways Boeing 737-200. G-AVFO was delivered new to British Airways 01 Apr 1974. WFU at Heathrow in Jan 1985. Scrapped at Southend in Feb 1985.
