A later shot of G-AXAA than I uploaded as part of a fog diversion group at Southend. Here with additional IAS sticker on a crisp winter morning at her Stansted base, she was Flying Tiger's N449T being ferried JFK - SEN for TMAC on 13.1.69. Went to AEI as N122AE in 9.81, into storage at Greensboro, NC, in 1989 and broken up for scrap 1999

Two CL-44s were used briefly for passenger flights from Southend in 1972, G-AZIN flying the first with 170 pax on 28.3.72 to Ostend. G-ATZI joined in 5.72 in mixed vehicle/pax configuration, but both were handed back to TMAC (in 7.72 and 10.72 respectively) due to low volumes. After service with Express Flug, Limburg Air Cargo and British Cargo Airlines, this one (formerly Flying Tiger Line's N450T) was sold to Bayu Indonesia as PK-BAW in 6.82; broken up at Jakarta-Kemayoran in 1992

Originally delivered to the RCAF in 7.60 as 15503 (later 15923 & 106923) and sold to Andes in 9.73. Wfu at Guayaquil in 1.86 along with HC-AZH, also a Yukon. Scrapped late 1990s, although her sister ship was more fortunate and is now the world's last surviving 'normal' CL-44, having been moved to Cuenca as a bar/nightclub, albeit with an odd-shaped tail fabrication. Sadly, plans by the Canadians to repatriate her failed
