It became N75755 and flew as a corporate transport until stored in Wilmington, DL in 1973. Acquired by Canadian Warplane Heritage in 1975, it's been flying with them for over 40 years.

In 1981, financial troubles with Bellanca saw Eagle Aircraft buy the the building where they were built and hire 72 Bellenca employees to continue production. 95 aircraft had produced when production ceased in 1983.
