188732 crashed during a Maple Flag mission while it took part in a mass formation of eight aircraft. The Hornet came down some 30 miles north of CFB Cold Lake (AB) inside the Primrose Air Weapons Range. The pilot was found dead 200 meters from the wreckage and it appeared that he had attempted to eject from the CF-188A prior to colliding with terrain.

On an early morning departure of the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) from its homeport NB Norfolk, this HH-60H departed the flight deck to support the ship out of the harbour to open sea. The helicopter crew observes the environment of the carrier until the carrier is far enough from its port. This HH-60H was stored at AMARG from 20 February 2015 up to June 2020. It was moved to Aviation Logistics Center Elizabeth City (NC) where it was used for a US Coast Guard hull conversion. It was last noted there in mid 2020. Current status unknown.
