November 1988: Air Squadron 710 (Esc 710)/Transport Group 71/First Air Brigade, El Alto, Brazil. By 1997: Assigned to La Paz, Bolivia for storage. By March 2000: WFU, stored without engines.

"AXIS" EC-130E appeared several times during the month of September 2000 to conduct practice approaches and pattern work. Aircraft was sent to AMARC on October 2 2002 and eventuall scrapped.
