1978: TOS USAF and assigned to the 81st Tactical Fighter Wing at RAF Brentwaters, UK. By 1/86: 45th Tactical Fighter Squadron/434th Tactical Fighter Wing (AFRES), Grissom AFB, IN. (434th TFG later renamed 930th TFG). 22 Jan 1993: AMARC, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ as AC0170.

Ca.1963: TOS USN. Served with VMA-211, VMA-223 (Vietnam), VMA-121 (Vietnam), and VMA-311.1972: VMAT-102, MCAS Yuma. 1975: VMA-124, NAS Memphis, TN. 1987: VFA-45, NAS Cecil Field, FL. 8 March 1994: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ for storage and later dismantled. It was eventually acquired by the Albany, OR airport as a restoration project.
