LN-FOI was the last of the three Electras to be repainted late 1986, but I did not see it before this day in february 1988, arrived in the morning and parked at the Cargo terminalall day until teh evening when it took off again. LN-FOI kept these colours until wfu at Fornebu in 1997, as Fred Olsen shut down the airlines started in 1946, becuse he would not invest in new buildings at ENGM/OSL which was to open October 8th 1998, and the fleet of L-188 Electra was nearing their livit of flhying, while the 727F and the 737f took over.

Built 1980, ex N6679H and N400WP, when regiteretd January 28th 1986 as LN-MOB to Mørefly A/S, who wanted to start regional services from Ålesund to Aberdeen. In 1993 used as an Air Ambulance. From January 1998 it was transferred to Lufttransport, who were awarded to be responsible for "Statens Luftambulanse". Repainted to the standard red and white livery in 2002. October 7th 1998 LN-MOB became the LAST aircraft to arrive and depart Fornebu airport late in the evening, as the airport had closed at around 07:30 pm local time. 3 hours later it opened because of an ambulance, flown by LN-MOB.

Built 1965 and used for Automatic Landing development before deliverd to BOAC in June 1967. Merged into British Airways in April 1974 and repainted during the first year. Wfu by BA in 1981 and sold to RAF for K4 Tanker conversion as ZD235. Wfu at St Athan 2002 and broken up 2004. This is not my photo, it belongs to my friend Nils Edvin Johansen who have asked me to scan and share the photo. What a joy it was as G-ASGG came on the BA643 flight from LHR this summer day.
