Bearskin Lake Air Services was founded in 1963 to provide charter services to First Nations reserves in northern Ontario. In the late 1970s the operation moved from bush planes to small commuter airliners to service growing scheduled services operating as Bearskin Airlines. This 1974 Aztec was registered to Thunder Bay Flying School before coming to Bearskin 1997 - 2001. The airline became a regional carrier when it sold the First Nations routes to Wasaya Airways in 2003. Current since 2007 with Quebec based construction company Air Vision / Les Ateliers Fermontois at the time of uploading.

Noted 1994 as An-12BP UR-11528 in Aeroflot colours without titles, Motor Sich 1995. Involved in taxi accident Batam, Indonesia 19 August 1998. No further sightings, cancelled 1 June 1999, presumed damaged beyond repair.

The 'City of Miami' has just cleared customs and is taxiing into the Northwest corner on a gorgeous day. This Connie was struck by a runaway DC-4 at Aquadilla-Borinquen Airport, PR, on Feb 3, 1992, resulting in damage to the right wing and main spar.

A classic and historic airline taken from a famous spot for aviation photography. In 2004 this aircraft is still flying strong with Northwest Airlines. Delivery date of this airliner was back in March, 1967!

1961 - 1977 flew for Czech Government as OK-BYP before reregistered and started services under Československé Aerolinie until Jan 1990. Later on 1990 moved to static display at the Auto und Technik Museum Sinsheim.

Former Netherlands AF K-3072 being prepared for delivery to the Turkish air force.
