Damaged beyond repair whilst landing at Harare on 28 Jan 1996.

Delivered new to Sabena as OO-SRI on 29 Dec 1964. Leased to Sobelair 01 Oct 1973. Leased to Catair as F-BYCB 26 Apr 1976 to Jun 1978. Sold to Minerve as F-GATZ 22 Dec 1978. Merged into AOM French Airlines 01 Mar 1992. WFU and stored at Nimes and later broken up.

Delivered to the USAAF as 42-108953 then transferred to the RAF as KG619 in 1944. To the Spanish Air Force as T.3-2 in 1947. May have been registered as EC-EAB for delivery by Iberia. To Fairoaks Aviation Service as G-BGCE in 1978. Sold as N37529 in 1979. Impounded in Mexico in 1990 then thought to have gone to Lineas Aereas Oaxaquenas as XA-ION. Derelict at Oaxaca by 2002.
