This Twin Otter was originally delivered to AirWest Airlines as C-GKIQ in May 1980 and then went on to fly for a number of operators before joining Loganair as G-BZFP in August 2000. For the next fifteen years the plane was a familiar sight at EGPF operating for British Airways and then Flybe. It went on to fly with RUAG (as HB-LRQ) and European Coastal Airlines (9A-TOE) but is now slated to join Mediterranean Coastal Airlines as 9H-IBIZA )to be operated for Isla Air Express).

Now has a Loganair Loyalty Sticker in front of the main door.

Returned to Canada in 1993 as C-FQOL. Re-registered for short periods of lease as V3-HTC, CC-PII and CC-ACH. Joined Kenn Borek Air in 2015 as C-FKBK. Leased out for a few months as PJ-WCC. In 2016 became 8Q-ISD with Maldivian. In 2024, converted to "MedEvac" configuration and painted in special "Maldives Emergency Medical Services" colours.

First flown 20 June 1966 as PH-FIW, delivered to Indian Airlines as VT-DUT 1 July 1966, leased to Nepal Airlines as 9N-AAS December 1967, returned January 1968, leased to Royal Nepal Airlines as 9N-AAW February 1970, retuned March 1970.
