Delivered to TWA as L-1011-1 N31023 in 1974. Converted to an L-1011-50 in 1981. Withdrawn from use at Kingman, AZ in 1997 and scrapped in 2010.

Delivered to Trans World Airlines as N833TW in 1965. To Jet East and leased to Gulf Air Transport then reregistered as N210NE and converted to a freighter in 1988. To CF Air Freight in 1989 then to Emery Worldwide in 1994. To Transafrik as S9-BAE in 1999 and operated by the United Nations. Still operational in 2005. Fate unknown.

First flight at Palmdale March 22nd 1982, delivered as N8034T for TWA April 8th 1982. October 1992 wfu. March 18th 1994 to American Trans Air, rr to N194AT July 22nd 1984. March 2003 N194AT ATA Airlines transferred. September 2007 N194AT Bourtuqualieh Air, a short leased to Med-View Air, March 2008 Barq Aviation transferred, wuith a short lease to tajik Air, stil reg N194AT. 2009 stored, May 2013 OB-2049P, but never entered sevvice. November 2015 N194AT Barq Aviation agiatn and stored.... Seen arriving rwy 24 at Fornebu in August 1989, from JFK (competing with SK 908).

Officially registered as G-CONI on 12 May 1982, but registration never applied.

A United Air Lines DC-8-11, N8013U, collided with the Super Connie over Staten Island. The Connie broke in three sections and crashed at Miller Field. The DC-8 crashed in Brooklyn. All 128 occupants of the two aircraft and six people on the ground were killed. Photo by: George Silk / Life

Preserved by Tehran Aerospace Exhibition Centre. TWA started JFK-flights to GEN summer 1988. To FBU from May 2nd 1989 to compete with SK907. These flights were also operated summer 1990.
