Registered G-ASHZ -6 May 1963. Depicted here after having been withdrawn from service by BAF, for whom it flew its last revenue flight on 24 December 1978 with a cargo of newspapers to Paris CDG. It subsequently went into the BAF hangar in May 1979 and emerged as N89FA, departing as such to its new base in Texas on -3 June 1979. Cancelled from the UK register 14 May 1979 as Sold in the USA.

The aircraft had flown as a C-54B / DC-4 from 1945 until 1962, and after its very long career as converted aircraft it was stored at Gainesville TX. Seen there as N89FA in good condition in 2021!
