This Buffalo participated in a local SAR Excercise, in May 2005, together with the United States Air Force and paid a visit to Calgary.

Delivered to the Air Force in 1967, this Buffalo was first stored at CFB Mountainview in 1992. It was later parted out.

Originally delivered to the Mexican Air Force as TP-217 in 1980 and transferred to the Navy in 1989. Believed allocated AMT-237 but never worn, withdrawn in 2004 and stored at La Paz until at least 2017.

Attached to United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) as a communications aircraft, this flight was about to depart to JRS via AKR at a very early time in November. One of a number of CAF aircraft that provided a very efficient and reliable service between the various Capitals in the area at that time.

The highly modified DHC-5 Buffalo Quiet Short-Haul Research Aircraft (QSRA) was photographed stored on the NASA Ames Research Center ramp at Moffett Federal Airport in Mountain View, California in February 2020. It was also known as the Quiet STOL Research Aircraft.

442 Squadron CC-115 Buffalo visits Vancouver International Airport from Canadian Forces Base Comox on Vancouver Island in April 1974. The aircraft is parked outside the Canadian Forces' Air Movement Unit (AMU) hangar which was located on the northwest side of runway 26 which was a hangar used by RCAF Sea Island which closed in late 1964 for budgetary reasons. This aircraft was delivered new in May 1970 in camouflage to 429 (Tactical Transport) Squadron. It was converted to SAR configuration and repainted white in the early 1970s and repainted SAR yellow in the early 1980s. Date might be 1975.

First delivered as 63-13688 and used by the US Army, US Air Force and US Navy. It also flew in the colors of several different US government agencies. With additional "Coast & Geodetic Survey" titles.

Demonstrated at Farnborough by DHC. The aircraft was subsequently delivered to the Sudan Air Force as 833. It was shot down and destroyed in Sudan in April 1985.

ex 9460, to Z-SRB

Built in 1981 as one of the last Buffalos, this airframe carried test registration C-GDAU before being delivered to the Royal Oman Police Air Wing in June of 1981 (becoming A4O-CI). By June 1994 however, it was back in Canada as C-FSKM where it was "civilized" by Aero Support and afterwards went to Shuttle Air Cargo in Kenya as 5Y-GAA (December 1995 till February 2004). Flew for Arctic Sunwest between 2004 and 2012. Sold to Summit Air still keeping the C-FASY reg till around 2015 before being registered in Malawi as 7Q-STA, flying relief work missions for the ICRC in South Sudan. Stored by now?
