Trident Aircraft Limited contracted Canadian Aircraft Products (CAP) of Richmond, BC to build the prototype Trident TR-1 four-to-six place amphibious aircraft and two prototypes were flown (CF-TRI, msn 1 and C-GATE, msn 3). This partially build airframe was seen stored outside the CAP factory at 261 Viscount Way in November 1975 and many be msn 2, an engineering airframe that was never completed and flown The Trigull eventually obtained a Canadian type certificate, but the company failed. The assets, including two prototypes, were later sold by the BC Development Corp. to Viking Air at CYYJ.

The only surviving and last airframe built of the Seiran.

This is the former South African Air Force 1723. The successor to Vic de Villiers' Viking, that left the roof in 1987 and ended up in the SAA museum. First flown in February 1958 and on the way to Ysterplaat within a few days. Eventually grounded by late 1977, having expended her fatigue life. On display here initially in original SAAF colours, later red as well as canary yellow and in the shown livery since at least 2010.

Built here at Agusta's Cascina Costa works, this was a one-off single-seat helicopter first flown in 1959 but never given a registration. A two-seat A.104 model followed.

Del 18 July 1918 Preserved at the National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA. This aircraft was formerly civil registered as N4123A but that was cancelled in Jul-2012.

This project was on display at the Air Fair. It is a wood and composite airframe and intended as low emission aircraft (CO2 neutral, flying on batteries and hydrogen) for use in remote areas. Even though the name says SEAplane, the 'SEA' actually stands for Safety, Efficiency and Adaptability. they do however offer a seaplane configuration, by means of a detachable boat hull underneath the fuselage. It will hav gull wing doors and offer seating for up to 6 passengers. A medevac or cargo configuration would also be possible. The project seems to be in phase 1, which includes building a 1:1 scale prototype.

The CAA later insisted all airworthy Shuttleworth Collection aeroplanes should be allocated civil registrations, so G-AANG (originally allocated to a Desoutter that was not built) was allocated in October 1981 although not worn. Still airworthy in 2022.

The SUMPAC, the world's first human-powered aircraft. Built in 1961 by aeronautical engineering students at Southampton University to compete for the Kremer Prize. It was successfully flown by Derek Piggot on 9th November 1961. Allocated BAPC.7 by the British Aircraft Preservation Council after its formation in 1967. On loan to the Shuttleworth Collection here, it was transferred to Solent Sky in 1984 where it remains in 2022.

Manfred Pflumm is well known for building replica aircraft which are featured in museums across Germany.

The Junkers J 9 was the world's first all metal fighter. The type first flew late in 1917 and only one original survives in the Musee de l'Air at Le Bourget. Manfred Pflumm, the Director of this museum, was well known for building replica aircraft which are featured in museums across Germany. This example was either nearing completion or dismantled and it may be the example that I saw at Gatow in 2006. That was removed from display in 2016 when it was acquired by the Luftfahrttechnisches Museum in Rechlin and where it went on display in 2017.
