Caught while almost new under beautiful skies, this 737 has been under the same registration all its life, and much more recently appeared on JAT services to LHR. The two DC-7s in the background were both owned by the Society of Sky Roamers - N839D on the right in ex Eastern c/s was broken up a year later at Hicksville, NY; N90801 on the left was originally BOAC's G-AOIC (November 1956-February 1964) and later flew as a freighter with various operators till b/u at MIA in July 1985. This aircraft spent two lease periods with them (3.75-4.77 and 1.78-11.80), having started out in 2.59 as N146L (later N746L) with Bonanza, merged into Air West and then Hughes Airwest in 4.70. Sold to Aeronor Chile as CC-CBS in 12.80 and now on display at the old Los Cerrillos airport in the Chilean National Air & Space Museum
