Seen after arriving rwy 01 this Saturday morning at the start of the main day for the Sola Air Show, as the terminal looks to be guarded by a row of F-16s.

Early morning at Sola, Saturday May 30th 1987, the main day of the 1987 Air Show. What a joy it was to see this beautiful Dakota of Flygande Veteraner standing in the morning sun.

Seen at take off rwy 36 one of the tours with passengers on board, the first day of Sola Air Show 1987. Bose of an Air UK F.27 is visible behind.

Built 1966, delivered as G-ATTP to British Eagle, named "Swift". December 1967 9J-RCH Zambia Airways. Was a periond leasd to Air Malawi as 7Q-YKE, and retuinred to Zambia as 9J-RCH. March 31st 1975 G-ATTP again for Dan-Air London. From november 1991 leased to LADECO via ILFC as CC-CYM. After three years, november 1994 it has been preserved by the Museo Nacional de Aeronautica de Chile, at Los Cerillos airport at Santiago de Chile. Dan-Air is seen at take-off rwy 36 on shceduled flight back to Newcastle.
