This unknown, ex-Soviet MiG-21 is preserved as a Monument to the Victory over Fascism in this town in SW Poland. It has fake Polish AF markings on the underside of the wings but the Fishbed-C never actually flew with them. If anyone has any info about its service history, then please get in touch.

Early H-23 helicopter. Place, date and fate of 51-3999 unknown. A batch of one hundred H-23As was delivered to the US Army in 1951. Many were used in Korea, several in Berlin. The H-23A model must have been out of service by 1962 as the designation was not updated with a role prefix.

The Poltava Museum of Long-Range and Strategic Aviation was officially founded in 2016, however, the museum, founded by former military pilots, exists since 2007. The only place where a Tu-160 can be found outside Russia, the cockpit of 26 red shows it is still in great shape!

Looking very much different to the pristine examples seen at airshows today, these well used US Navy T-28B Trojans were photographed at Whiting Field Naval Air Station, FL., on 28-10-1977. In the twilight of their service at the time they were retired the following year, but BuNo 137764 in the foreground was later civilianised and now flies in Washington State as N2207Y.
