Purchased by King Peter of Yugoslavia, who was in exile in England. Since he was stateless, he was not allowed to register the aircraft in England, so he flew it in USAAF markings until the airport authorities found out and grounded the plane. With part of the fin blocked by a Mosquito! This is a version of the NR-D Cadet built in quantity in WW2 for the USAAF as target drones and painted in this distinctive red scheme. Many survivors were sold post-war to private flyers, including this now preserved example which wears its 44-68334 serial on its fin

As USAAF C-47A 42-24211 it served in North Africa and Europe before civilianised as F-BEFA in 1948, flying for CATA, Aigle Azur, Air Atlas, Air Maroc, Royal Air Maroc as CN-CCL and the Royal Moroccan Air Force as CN-ALM/20669. Sold to Euroworld California in 1978 as N54607, it was stored at Backbushe before sale to Keenair at Liverpool where it was again stored, until sale in 1989 to Cherkley Aviation as G-BPMP and ferried to Coventry. A planned full restoration was stalled and it was broken up in 1995, but its nose section lives on at the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

Built under a US Air Force contract as 55-0202, this T-34 Mentor was delivered to the Indonesian Air Force with serial LD-3474. N326M was registered in October 1990 as Indonesian Mentors were retired from the Air Force.

Delivered to the USAAF as B-17G 44-83872 then transferred to the US Navy as PB-1W 77235 in 1945. Sold as N7227C in 1967. Registered as a B-17G. To the Confederate Air Force in 1967 who became the Commemorative Air Force in 2002. Destroyed in a fatal mid-air collision with P-63F N6763 at an airshow at Dallis-Executive in 2022.
