The State Aviation Museum of Ukraine has this replica of a Yak-9M on display. Compared with the basic Yak-9, the Yak-9M has its cockpit moved to the rear, giving the aircraft a different appearance, much like that of the later Yak-50.

The Antonov A-13 was a Soviet aerobatic sailplane flown in the 1950s and 1960s. It was a small, single-seat, all-metal aircraft developed from the A-11 which could optionally be fitted with that aircraft's longer-span wings. It was a mid-wing monoplane with a tadpole-like fuselage and a V-tail. This version is equipped with jet engine on top of the fuselage for take-off. It was first reported at Monino in April 1992.

The Antonov A-9 was a single-seat sailplane designed and built in the USSR. In 1952, on the basis of the A-9, A Manotskov developed an original experimental glider with flapping spring-mounted wing - the Kazhuk. It was first flown in 1953 and on 9 June 1954, it participated in the air show at Tushino airfield. Eventually only 27 were built. In March 2009, this Kazhuk was first reported with the museum at Monino.

One of the oddities at the excellent museum in Monino is this Kazan Aviation Institute KAI-19 glider. The KAI-19 was a high performance, all-metal sailplane, built with advanced techniques in the USSR in the early 1960s. The KAI-19 landed on an electrically operated, fully retractable monowheel with an oleo strut and a disc brake. Since August 2006, this example has been reported with the museum collection. The number on the tail is the museum inventory number.

The airfield of Ceadîr-Lunga, in the autonomous territorial unit of Gagauzia in Southern Moldova, was once a thriving airport where Yak-40s could be found. These days are long gone. More recently, the idea was to use the airfield as the base for a flight school and paracentre, for which this An-2 was brought over. It was registered as ER-AIC but that registration could not be found on the airframe, which was found in this sorry state.

The Aviation Technical Museum first exhibits were aircraft which required maintenance and had been sent to Luhansk Aircraft Repair Plant. Some aircraft remained there, and subsequently were written from use and preserved for display in the museum. The former user of this Mi-2 is the Soviet DOSAAF, as can be seen from its faded titles.
