Delivered to Cameroon Airlines as TJ-CAA in 1972. To Israeli Aircraft Industries as 4X-BYR in 1987 then to the Israeli Air Force as 4X-JYB/255 in 1988 and converted to an ELINT version. Withdrawn from use at Tel Aviv in 2008 and scrapped.

Cancelled order for Western Air Lines as N1507W. Delivered to the Canadian Armed Forces as 13702 in 1970 then to Omega Air as HR-AMF in 1993. Reregistered as EL-AKT in 1995. To the USAF as 95-0123, converted to an E-8B by Northrop-Grumman and reserailled as 96-0043. Converted to an E-8C in 2001. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB from 2022.

The Dutch vegetable import company J.vd Berg signed a contract with the Ethiopian company Maeso Agricultural Estate to import 150 ton's of paprika and green beans. On 13 January 1979 the first Ethiopian flight touched down on Runway 24 but failed to stop before the runway edge, and ended up to 150 meters further in the soft grass and mud. During the night the remaining fuel was drained from the 707 and the 40 ton's of vegetables had to be unloaded by hand due to the soggy ground. The next morning the 707 was light enough to be towed out of the mud. In the evening the 707 was ferried to EDDF.

In for maintenance with Monarch Engineering. Delivered new to Western Airlines as N1505W on 19 Jun 1968. Sold to MEA as OD-AGV on 06 Jun 1980. To Air Memphis as SU-PBC on 05 Apr 2000. To Amako Airlines as 5N-KHA on 08 May 2002. Stored Kinshasa up to Jan 2008. Presumed broken up after this date.
