Delivered to World Airways as N375WA in September 1963 and became G-AYSI with Britannia Airways in February 1971. Leased to British Caledonian and then to TAMPA in April 1980, initially operating in basic BCal colours. W/o on 15th March 1983 when it crashed on take-off from Medellin on a ferry flight to Miami. The no.4 engine had suffered FOD damage earlier that day on departure with cargo to Miami and the aircraft returned to Medellin. On departure later for repairs with no.4 at idle, no.3 failed and the 707 banked steeply, crashing into factories

In December 1983, the pictured aircraft crashed at Medellin whilst being in service for Tampa Colombia as HK-2401.
