Delivered to Northwest Orient as N384US in 1968. To Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) as SU-BAO in 1978. Leased to Egyptair in 1982 and reregistered as SU-EAA in 1983 then to Misr Overseas Airways in 1984. Withdrawn from use at Cairo in 1989 and later scrapped.

SU-BAO was operated by the Arab Organisation of Industrie from 1978 to 1981 and had just been handed over to Egyptair, when the aircraft visited Munich-Riem with an uncompleted colour-scheme. Two years later, it was re-registered to SU-EAA, and continued flying for Misrair for the rest of its life. It was last noted at Cairo in 1989, wfu.

During its visits in 1986 the aircraft was notorious for its poor technical state matching its external condition. Its arrival often heralded by compressor stalls during reversing it was constantly plagued by hydraulic troubles, anti skid failure led to burst tires once and a considerable amount of empty engine oil cans were usually left behind.

Airline is Misr Overseas Airways in ex Egyptair colours, operating a flight for ZAS Cargo.
