Delivered to Pan American as N406PA in 1965. To SATT as F-OGIV in 1978 then to Le Point as F-BSGT in 1980 who were renamed to Pointair in 1981. To Naganagani as XT-ABZ in 1987 then to Equator Bank as XT-BBH in 1990. To Boeing in 1990 and withdrawn from use at Davis Monthan AFB. Used for parts in the KC-135E program. Scrapped in 2013.
