Sep 18, 1947; TOS USAF. 1/48: Converted to TB-26B and assigned to 197th FS (ANG), Luke AFB, TX. Two other units until Aug 1957 when sent to HQ ANG, Andrews AFB, MD, and converted to VB-26B staff transport. 7/24/69: SOS and ferried to the Strategic Air Command Museum at Offutt AFB, NE. It was transported to the new museum facility at Ashland, NE in 1997.
