Built in 1965 and imported, with appropriate registration, in November 1987 for Ministic Air of Winnipeg. It was exported as N5YZ in 1992 and on 1 October 1998 it was wrecked at Palm Springs/CA after a double engine failure and collision with power lines.

This was the 2nd B-25H built and was the prototype cannon-nose version. 23 Aug '43: TOS USAAF as 43-4106. Assigned to various units for testing. 1/46: RFC, Walnut Ridge, AR. 4/71: Richard Lambert, Plainfield, IL; was ferried to his grass strip. 8/81: Weary Warriors Squadron, New Lenox, IL; spent two months preparing the plane for ferrying to Springfield for restoration. Both flight attempts had engine failures so they continued the flight to Springfield on one engine. A few years later it was trucked to Rockford, IL for continuing restoration, completed in 1992. 10/15: Cavanaugh Air.

Ca.1971: TOS USAF as A-37B. Ca. 1980: Redesignated OA-37B. By 10/83:  23rd Tactical Air Support Squadron/602nd Tactical Air Control Wing, Bergstrom AFB, TX. By 7/88 to 1992: 169th Tactical Air Support Squadron/182nd Tactical Air Support Group (ANG), Peoria, IL. 1997: TOS Ecuadoran Air Force as FAE-368. 2/11: WFU. By 10/14: Aeronautics Superior Technical Institute, Latacunga, Ecuador.

1945: TOS USAAF as A-26C 44-35752. 6/48: Redesignated B-26C. Converted to TB-26C. 4/58: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ for storage. 1960: Rock Island Oil and Refining Co, Wichita, KS with c/r N8627E. Conversion to Monarch 26 began, not completed. 2/63: Donaire, Inc, Phoenix, AZ; converted to fire-bomber. 5/72:  Kenting Aircraft Ltd, Toronto, ON with c/r CF-KBZ. 15 Jan 1988: Canadian Warplane Heritage Ontario. 8 May 89: Courtesy Aircraft, Rockford, IL and registered N81797. 1991: Placed it in storage with Flying Tigers Warbird Restoration Museum, Kissimmee, FL. 3/06 Carolinas Aviation Museum, NC.
