Ex N34955, TI-1079C, N48286 and N777SQ. Purchased by Northern Pacific Air Cargo in September 1986. Re-possessed by the First National Bank of Anchorage in August 1992, bought by Everts Air Fuel for use as parts and placed it into storage at Fairbanks. In 2013 it was moved to a site beside the Old Steese Highway north of Fairbanks with plans to convert it for use as a house. Largely re-assembled by 2018 it is still present at time of upload.

Aerial Transit N89BL 1987. Withdrawn Aguadilla, PR by 2004. Had initially "Cayman Cargo" titles applied which were lengthened to "Cayman Airways Cargo" before entering service.

Delivered to Northwest Orient as N571 in Nov. 1956, their fleet number 571 can just be discerned on the nose-wheel door. It was sold to Zantop in Aug. 1961, passed on to Universal Airlines in Sept. 1966 and then to Span East Airlines as N612SE in Jan.1970. After Span East closed in 1976 it was acquired by Conner Airlines and re-registered N612CA. Florida Aircraft Leasing became owners in Nov. 1984 and North American Register and Transport, who re-registered it N29630, in Jan. 1988. It was last reported derelict at Puerto Plata Airport, Dominican Republic in April 1998 still wearing N612CA!

Recently purchased by Iscargo at this time from Fred Olsen Air Transport where it was registered LN-FOL. Still showing signs of where the old titles and registration have been painted out. WFU in 1981 and broken up in 1983. Nose section preserved at the Icelandic Aviation Museum, Akureyri, Iceland.

Impossible to photograph without obstructions, as the aircaft had been pushed into a corner and was in the process of being scrapped. A sad end for an aircraft that had served with such illustrious carriers as Canadian Pacific, Northwest Orient, Braathens SAFE, and TMA.

A former Haiti Air Freight DC-6 found in the Argentinian UN-Aviation compound at Port-au-Prince, where it served as a club house for military personnel deployed to Haiti with the UN (MINUSTAH). It was called the Bandi 2 Club. Argentinian technicians went to great lenghts to get three out of four engines running, illustrating the good shape of the aircraft! The aircraft was still there by mid 2023, but by then in very poor condition.

To Jet Aviation as HB-IBV in 1971 then to Span East Airlines as N616SE in 1973, FA Conner in 1975 and Trans Continental Airlines in 1978. Withdrawn from use at Detroit-Willow Run in 1993 and scrapped in 2006.

Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as DC-6B N578 in 1957. To United Arab Airlines as SU-ANN in 1964 then to Sterling Airways as OY-STR in 1968. To Zantop International Airlines as N515TR and converted to a DC-6B(F) freighter in 1973. To Bellomy-Lawson Aviation in 1982 and reregistered as N91BL in 1984 then to Gentry Inc in 1989 and reregistered as N34C in 1990. Sold as 9Q-CYO in 1997. Stored at Rand, South Africa by 2006 and scrapped in 2021.

In Transcontinental Airlines colours with titles and logs painted over. Delivered to American Airlines as N90778 in 1953. To RANSA as YV-C-ERG in 1960 then sold as N45001 in 1965. Operated by Trans Continental Airlines from 1978 to 1982. Impounded by the Colombian Government in 1982 then to the Colombian Air Force as 909 in 1983. Stored at Madrid Air Base by 1990. Last noted in 2008. Later scrapped.
