Delivered to Trans World Airlines as N833TW in 1965. To Jet East and leased to Gulf Air Transport then reregistered as N210NE and converted to a freighter in 1988. To CF Air Freight in 1989 then to Emery Worldwide in 1994. To Transafrik as S9-BAE in 1999 and operated by the United Nations. Still operational in 2005. Fate unknown.

March 2003 N194AT ATA Airlines transferred. September 2007 N194AT Bourtuqualieh Air, a short leased to Med-View Air, March 2008 Barq Aviation transferred, wuith a short lease to tajik Air, stil reg N194AT. 2009 stored, May 2013 OB-2049P, but never entered sevvice. November 2015 N194AT Barq Aviation agiatn and stored.... Seen arriving rwy 24 at Fornebu in August 1989, from JFK (competing with SK 908).
