Air BC ran the Victoria to Vancouver shuttle service for CP Air at this time. First operator was Spantax as EC-DCB then leased from DHC by AirBC from July 1983 to April 1989. Later became N703WW and cancelled 25 March 1995.

Wartime C-47 44-76631 was transferred to the RAF as KN485 in April 1945. Briefly registered CF-GBG for ferry from Cairo to Montreal for the RCAF in 1951. The aircraft kept the original KN485 serial until the numbering system changed in 1968 and it became 12925. Disposed of in 1975 to become C-GWUG, the aircraft is pictured on lease to Air BC. It crashed into hill tops when flying freight with Kelowna Flightcraft / Purolator Courier during night VFR operations and low ceilings on January 13, 1999.

This 1968 Twin Otter first flew with Interior Airways (and a short stint with North Air) out of Fairbanks, Alaska. Returning to Canada in 1971, it's pictured with a small Pacific Western Airlines sticker continuing a commuter agreement left over from previous owner West Coast Airlines. Air BC would later partner with CPAir until bought by Air Canada. The aircraft has been flying Skydivers most recently as N203SF.

Originally delivered to Humber Airways as G-AXRM, this Islander served mostly in Canada as C-GKAW. First with Air West starting in 1976, it was last with Airlink Express. The aircraft was withdrawn and placed with a broker; the registration cancelled on April 7, 2019.

Put into service still in Surinam Airways colours, this Twin Otter would get several other color schemes over the next 30 years flying BC's coast.

Built in 1968 for Interior Airways as N4443. To C-FJCL and operated by Air BC from 12.80 until 10.92.

Air BC operated six Dash 7s into the 90s. This one was was delivered new to Golden West Airlines on December 23, 1980 as N702GW then imported for Air BC March 19, 1984. It is pictured with short lived CP Air Commuter titles near the tail. The agreement ended when Pacific Western Airlines bought CP Air and formed Canadian Airlines. Air Canada purchased 85% of Air BC and joined the Air Canada Connectors. Sold in 1991 as Air BC standardized on the Dash 8s for operations, C-FJPI went to Voyageur Airways. In 1997, the aircraft was extensively modified for geophysical survey and was recently retired and cancelled from the Canadian register on March 14, 2018.

West Coast Air Services was one of the airlines merged to form Air BC in December 1980. This Twin Otter carried the West Coast color scheme for a while before repainting.

Running up the engine outside Air BC's hangar, this Beaver was registered to the airline, but did not received their colors. Possibly leased to Air Nootka when photographed, it was certainly with that airline later. The aircraft is currently flying in Quebec at the time of uploading.

Air BC's first Dash 8 pictured in the original color scheme sporting short lived CP Air Commuter titles. Air Canada bought a majority share in Air BC during 1987 and they became an Air Canada Connector.

In 1987, Air Canada purchased 85% of Air BC and the airline became an Air Canada Connector. During rapid expansion, Air BC began taking delivery of BAe146-200s in the summer of 1988. As they were delivered, the airline leased this aircraft from fellow Connector Air Nova from January 1989 to May 1989 to help with the introduction and crew training.

The seaplane base in Vancouver harbor was a beehive of floatplane activity.

Only delivered to Tyrolean Airlines in May 1985, this Dash 8 was on a very short lease, December 8, 1985 - January 4, 19t86, to aid Air BC begin Dash 8 operations.

Rolled out for Imperial Oil in December 1968, this Twin Otter was brought to Air BC when it was formed during the amalgamation of several West Coast float operators in 1980. Photographed carrying CP Air Commuter titles, Air BC would be bought in 1987 by Air Canada after Pacific Western Airlines bought CP Air and would become an Air Canada Connector.
