The sole survivor of a small batch of S-1 trainers acquired by the Swedish AF in 1937 and designated P 1 by them. This example preserved at Malmen wears the markings of the F8 unit and served until retirement in late 1946.
Operating out of Harlingen in formation with B-25 N3161G. N9494Z was flown to the UK in 1978 for use in the movie "Hannover Street". Stored after the film and later registered G-BWGR. US registration cancelled in 1995.
This aircraft is the penultimate Winjeel built, delivered to the RAAF in January 1958. It served until May 1979. Civil registered on 9 July 1982. Seen here departing the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia's National Fly-in.
Built to USAAC order as 41-33841 but completed as a Harvard Mk III for the RAF as EX868. Not delivered, but shipped to New Zealand, becoming NZ1061 in November 1943. Served with the RNZAF until 1978 when disposed of by tender. Acquired by an Australian, but registered ZK-ENH on 2 August 1978. Shipped to Sydney April 1979, then based at Broken Hill until 1988. Based at Walcha, NSW, since then.
